Reiki sessions are provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and stress reduction. The session should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and recipients should see a physician, chiropractor, or other qualified specialist for any mental or physical ailment they may be experiencing.

Megan Tank, the therapist, is not a medical doctor or a chiropractor and is not qualified to perform skeletal adjustments, diagnose and/or prescribe, and that nothing said in the course of the session should be construed as such.

Recipients are expected to state and disclose all relevant and known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly. The recipient will keep the therapist updated as to any changes their my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist's part should recipients forget to do so.
